How long does shipping take?

Orders ship within 2-3 business days after purchase.

What method is used for shipping?


Can I return or exchange an item?

Unfortunately, we don't offer refunds. We are happy to exchange your item for a store credit to be used towards a future purchase if your item does not fit you correctly. Your item must be in its original packaging and unworn with tags still attached. Item must be in its original state. You must email us no more than 2 days from the date of item delivery to inform us that you would like an exchange. We will let you know if you are approved for item exchange. Swimwear, lingerie, and sale items are FINAL sale.

How long does it take to receive a store credit?

Once your item has been approved for exchange and we receive it we will process the exchange within 2-4 business days. Once your exchanged item has been processed and your store credit is issued you will receive a store credit code at the email address which you provided at the time of your purchase. Please check your email inbox as well as the spam folders for this store credit code. 

Do you provide return labels?

Unfortunately, we do not offer return labels. Exchanged items are made at the customer's own cost. We suggest using USPS as it is the most cost-efficient shipping method.

Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?

Once an order has been placed, we are not able to cancel it.

My item was stolen. Can I get a refund?

Raye Belle Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We are not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by unclaimed packages, incorrect shipping addresses, bad weather, etc. The shipping address the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the address we will ship the package to. Please ensure that your shipping information is correct to avoid a delay in your order's delivery date. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address, but you have not received it please contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.

Can I modify my address once it has been validated?

Yes, we can change your address as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible to notify us of the changes to your order.

I gave an incorrect address. Can I get a refund?

We cannot issue a refund if you gave an incorrect address. 

Why has my order been canceled?

If your billing information and shipping address cannot be verified through our merchant your order may be canceled. In this case, you will need to try replacing your order using an alternate payment method.
